Also, enhance your calories intake by eating foods that have milk like custard, or cheese courses or vegan and vegetarian diet. Avoid foods that are high in saturated fats or sugars, like fizzy sugary drinks, biscuits, cakes, and so on.
Points to Enhance Your Calorie Intake:
You should eat porridge, which is made of whole or fat milk with dried fruits and fruits on top. Next, you should have sardines with toast, or peanut butter on toast, or eggs with toast; then you can also have soup with pulses, meats, or pasta. Also, you can take shepherd’s pie or cottage. Apart from that, you can also eat beans on toast with cheese sprinkled on top, and make sure that you drink milk at bedtime. Unsalted nuts also you can take. You should add more calories from healthier foods to your diet, which will help you gain weight. Make sure that you sprinkle grated cheese on savoury dishes. Plus, add cheese or milk to the soup. Also, you can add whole or ground nuts, nut butter, or seeds to the food.
Eating the Right Food
You can add soy or pea protein powder to drinks and meals. Also, you can spread some avocado on toast for healthy snacks and high-energy. Plus, you can pour white sauce, which is made with milk, flour, and butter, on fish or vegetables.
